Origin of Shi-sa the winged emperor (shi-sa with wings)
The noble and strongest guardian deity who descended from heaven to Nanjo City.Kudaka Island is located in Nanjo-city Okinawa.It is known as the island of God because it is said that the God who made Ryukyu is Amami Kiyo. She descended from Heaven and started nation-building. When the king of Ryukyu crossed to Kudaka Island with a great-looking Lord (Kikoe Okimi) they prayed at Kudaka island. After that the place of  worship was changed to Kudaka Island from Sefa Utaki since 1673.The official of the King's deputy have served as a worship since that time.Shi-sa said "I am a noble and strongest guardian who descended from heaven, the highest place in the shi-sa world." The island where such Gods live is the city of Nanjo where Niraikanai is located.

天から南城市に降り立った高貴で最強の守護神　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
久高島は沖縄県南城市に位置しています。
琉球を作った神アマミキヨが最初に降り立ち、国造りを始めた地と伝えられることから神の島の久高島があり、琉球王国時代には国王が聞得大君(キコエオオキミ)を伴って久高島に渡り、礼拝を行っていたという歴史があり、後に本島の斎場御嶽から久高島を遙拝する形に変わり、1673年からは国王代理の役人は、それ以来、礼拝を務めてきました。
シーサーは「私はそのような神々の住む島やニライカナイがある南城市にシーサー界では最高位である天から舞い降りた高貴で最強な守り神」と言いました。
そんな神々が住む島は、ニライカナイのある南城市です。
